Mondays - Fridays - 9:00am
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays - 6pm
Saturdays - 10:00am est.
BOXING AND CIRCUIT TRAINING:
Monday and Wednesday - 6:00pm est.
“Whether you’re looking to move and sweat or slow down and relax, this practice is great to balance an active training schedule.
Variations are provided to allow everyone to explore & progress together, with attention given to alignment of body and inclusion of breath.
Expect flows that will leave you feeling strong, flexible, soothed and uplifted. All levels are welcome.”
Late Cancellation: If member cancels less than 12 hours before class, the class will count against your attendance limit and you will be charged a fee of $20. No Show: If member don't show up for a class, the class will count against your attendance limit and you will be charged a fee of $20.
